I did NOT receive english muffins. I received bagels. The bagels were delicious but, after thawing I needed to add moisture as they were extremely hard & dry. If you have a microwave, putting a damp paler towel around it would probably work (have done this w bread products). I no longer have one of those so I used a small frying pan. Cut the bagel in 1/2 & kept sprinkling some water in the pan while warming with a lid over it on a low heat (2). This worked very well. Just don’t use too much water or it will get mushy lol. I browned just a bit after softening it up. Very tasty after that.

I also had ordered your new waffles. I have to say I am not a fan. They are too thick and hard. There wasn't anything included in the order on the best way to heat them up. Everything I've tried results in them being so hard I can't eat or mushy and unpleasant. I wanted so much to love them! On another note, I hope you are keeping the lemon poppy seed English muffins because those were fabulous!!!

I still have a difficult time understanding why the Pagels are not sliced but the English muffins are. I've just resolved not to buy Pagels moving forward and stick with the English muffins. It's mostly a matter of convenience. I don't want to spend the time in the mornings waiting for them to thaw before I can put them in the toaster.

I already commented on this, but it’s the first time I’m eating your English muffins. Although they were tasty, I was very surprised with how tiny they are, especially for the price that I paid for them. They each were close to three dollars each and it barely Filled me up. So because of that reason, I will most likely not buy your product again. I have eaten English muffins my whole life and this is at least 40% smaller than the typical English muffin.

The cinnamon raisin muffins are absolutely delicious. I like that they are already cut. They are easy to pop in the toaster and add toppings once toasted. I like to add almond butter and sliced banana. These do no taste gluten free and are so yummy.
