Yes, this is totally normal.  Our products are shipped frozen (without coolant) and will thaw during transit, arriving at a climate temperature.  Please make sure you refreeze them as soon as they arrive.

For the best experience, we recommend thawing the Pagels at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, slicing them, and toasting them until golden. 

Our English Muffins come pre-sliced making thawing and toasting easy and convenient.

All our products are Certified Gluten Free, Certified Paleo, Certified Vegan, Certified Kosher.

Yes. All our products are manufactured in a dedicated Certified Gluten Free Facility.

To ensure freshness, we suggest keeping our products frozen until you're ready to enjoy them, although they can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.

All our products contain Cassava flour, which is high in resistant starch, a type of starch that is not fully digested and has a low glycemic index.

While they are not considered strictly keto, many people experience a minimal to moderate blood sugar spike compared to traditional breads.

Carbohydrates sometimes have a negative reputation, but that is changing as we become more knowledgeable about various types of starch. It's best to try them out and see how your body responds to the resistant starches to determine if they fit your dietary needs.

We ship all orders between Monday and Wednesday using FedEx Express or USPS Priority Mail.

If you place your order on Wednesday or later, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Typically, orders are delivered within 1-3 days after shipping.

You will receive email notifications when your order is shipped and out for delivery.

Occasionally, FedEx and USPS may send out delivery notifications prematurely.

We kindly request that you wait for 24 hours before contacting us. Rest assured, we will make every effort to track down your package and assist you accordingly.

Due to the current high volume of shipments handled by FedEx and USPS, delays can occur. If you encounter a delay and your product has been spoiled as a result, please send us pictures of the affected items.

If the spoilage is indeed due to a shipping delay, we will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue a refund.

Yes! Our bakery is a dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and soy-free contract manufacturing facility.

We only use organic tapioca syrup and organic maple syrup.

While some but not all of our ingredients are organic, we can assure you that all of our ingredients are Non-GMO. Additionally, we conduct independent testing with third-party certified labs to check for pesticide and glyphosate residue.

Our Pagels contain almond flour, however, our English muffins are entirely nut-free! We want to be transparent and clarify that while our facility is NOT Tree Nut-Free, we do have comprehensive protocols in place to carefully control and prevent cross-contamination for our allergen-free products.

Kindly note we do have the allergen statement of processed in a facility that processes tree nuts, eggs and sesame seeds on all our packaging.
