The bagel consistency is more like a muffin rather than a bagel. The bag is “wet” on the inside so the everything but the bagel seasoning gets stuck inside the bag as well as all over your fingers when removing, cutting, etc. Flavor is ok, can’t taste the seasoning that much.

We bought these years ago. They taste nothing like bagels. They are sweet. The texture is different.… Anyone who thinks this taste like a bagel has never had a New York bagel or any close facsimile! The texture more closely Resemble some sort of corn muffin made into something else which if you’re expecting, it is not an unpleasant experience, but the sweetness on the texture is nothing like a bagel and selling them as if they are is misrepresentational, misleading, set up expectations that are immediately Dashed and leads to huge disappointment!!! There ARE actually delicious GF bagels that taste like bagels… But the carload is the same or worse than actually having traditional ny bagels.. I’m not going to post another product on this company thread, but they’re out there bagels or doughy, crisp up when toasted But still stay soft in the center… They are not sweet unless they’re cinnamon raisin or the like..and then only mildly(!).. don’t settle for less or at least know what you are and are not getting!!! @bedrock.. Just rebrand yourselves… You have some nice muffins but stop trying to pretend to be something you’re not!!!!!!!

I really hope your products gain popularity and as a result the price comes down a little. $3 per pagel is steep. But your products are SO amazingly tasty and the consistency is perfect!!

Don't expect Bagel texture but they do have a nice texture and the plain make a great breakfast sandwich - the Everything variety definitely had the everything seasonings - I like these best well toasted with cream cheese - haven't tried the sesame yet as they used to be my favorite when I ate wheat - so I was saving them for last. Be sure to toast the Pagels - we all know that toasting makes the flavor and texture of any gluten free bread so much more palatable.

Sorry folks, but I was disappointed. I’ve had other gluten-free bagels that are much more moist and flavorful than yours.

How the package arrived did not bode well with me once I opened the outer sleeve the box was too small for the container of the bagels and they were bulging out
For as expensive as your bagels are and it’s expensive as it is for shipping this did not seem like what you would want for first impression
For me and all the shopping I’ve done with gluten-free products it just communicated lack of care

The taste is pretty good and the consistency/texture of the bagel is not crumbly and dry like most gluten-free breads and doughs. I toasted the Everything Pagel and had it with cream cheese. The only reason I won't buy these again is because they're not sliced. Waiting for them to thaw so they can be sliced takes a good deal of time and I move pretty quickly in the mornings before work and don't really have the time to thaw, slice then toast. Also, slicing the Everything Pagel gets pretty messy, the seasoning goes everywhere. I consistently order the English muffins so I'm just going to stick with those.

My husband loves the everything pagels! Clean ingredients and nice texture and flavor. I recently developed an almond allergy, so unfortunately I can no longer enjoy these. Luckily, the English muffins are made with cassava and they are also delicious and my go to when I want “bread”.
