Roasted Peppers & Heirloom Tomato Pagels

Ingredients:
1 Sesame Pagel, cut in half and toasted
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3-4 small peppers, sliced
¼ heirloom tomato, chopped
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp goat cheese
For topping: pepitas and fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
In a medium fry pan over medium heat add oil and sauté peppers for 7-10 minutes until roasted on all sides.
Meanwhile, toast sesame Pagel, spread cream cheese evenly on each half.
Top with fresh heirloom tomato, roasted peppers, pepitas and goat cheese. Enjoy!
