Roasted Garlic Tomatoes & Pesto on Sesame Pagel

Ingredients:
1 Sesame Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. Kite Hill Cream Cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
2 tsp. vegan basil pesto
Sliced dill and Everything Bagel Seasoning for topping
Directions:
In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally until blistered, about 6 min.
Meanwhile, toast everything pagel until desired doneness.
Spread ½ of the cream cheese on top of one half of everything pagel then spread ½ of the basil pesto on top.
When tomatoes are finished place half on top of basil pesto. Garnish with everything bagel seasoning and fresh dill. Enjoy!
