All our products contain Cassava flour, which is high in resistant starch, a type of starch that is not fully digested and has a low glycemic index.<\/p>

We ship all orders between Monday and Wednesday using FedEx Express or USPS Priority Mail.<\/p>

If you place your order on Wednesday or later, it will be shipped on the following Monday.<\/p>

Our Pagels contain almond flour, however, our English muffins are entirely nut-free! We want to be transparent and clarify that while our facility is NOT Tree Nut-Free, we do have comprehensive protocols in place to carefully control and prevent cross-contamination for our allergen-free products.<\/p>
